Return & Refund Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal preference or a change of mind, items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. After this period, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
