1. Shipping Destination We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK). Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will not be processed.
2. Shipping Costs We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.
3. Delivery Timelines We work hard to process your order quickly. Our delivery timeline is divided into two transparent stages:

- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-LONDON TIME).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

- Carriers: We strictly use trusted carrier services, including Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, to ensure reliable delivery.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days.
- Note: Business days exclude weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and UK bank holidays.

Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details. You can use this number to monitor your shipment from dispatch to final delivery.
5. Delivery Delays & Lost Packages
While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions or peak seasonal demand. In the rare event that your package is delayed significantly beyond our estimated 2 to 3 business days, please contact our support team. We will work directly with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.
