Return & Refund Policy

At TarpaulinSuppliesUK, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with UK consumer laws. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we have a clear and transparent return process to assist you.

1. Return Window

We operate a strict 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:

  • It must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and included accessories must be intact.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Note: Items that have been cut, drilled, altered, or used are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Method

To ensure complete transparency, here is how return shipping is handled:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong item or simply no longer want it, you (the customer) are entirely responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs by post.

4. Restocking Fees

We value our customers. Therefore, we do NOT charge any restocking fees on returns.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours (Provided the order has not yet been dispatched). If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process applies after you receive the item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.

  • Approval & Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 Days after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
  • Payment Method: Approved refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method only, processed securely via Shopify Payments (including Visa Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, and Google Pay). Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new, separate order through our website.
