At TarpaulinSuppliesUK, we use Shopify Payments to provide a secure, encrypted, and seamless checkout experience for our customers.

 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods securely at checkout, processed via Shopify Payments:

    • Mastercard
  • Digital Wallets:
    • Google Pay.

Note: Only the payment methods explicitly displayed at checkout are available for use.

2. Payment Restrictions

To maintain security and operational efficiency, we do not accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Personal Checks
  • Direct Bank Transfers

3. Payment Currency

All prices listed on our website and at checkout are strictly charged in GBP (£).

4. When Will I Be Charged?

  • Payment Capture: Payment is captured immediately at the time of order placement.
  • Confirmation: Once checkout is completed successfully, the full order amount is charged, and an order confirmation email is sent to you.
  • Processing: Orders are processed for dispatch only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Payment Security (PCI DSS Compliance)

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

  • All payment data is transmitted securely using SSL encryption.
  • We do not store, view, or access your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or personal banking details.
  • All transactions are processed directly by Shopify Payments through secure banking networks.

6. Billing Verification

Please ensure your billing information perfectly matches the details held by your bank or payment provider. Orders flagged by automated fraud prevention systems may be delayed or cancelled for security reasons to protect cardholders.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our official Return & Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds take 14 Days to process.
  • Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., Visa Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, and Google Pay).
