2000kg BF ratchet straps are heavy duty tie-down straps for securing larger loads on trailers, vans, pick-ups and flatbeds. This range covers lengths from 3m to 10m in black, blue and white, with endless straps, hook straps and an E-Track option for vans and trailers fitted with E-Track rails.

Endless, Hook or E-Track?

An endless strap is a continuous loop with no hooks, wrapped around the load or through a rail before tensioning. A hook strap clips straight onto a ring, rail or anchor point. An E-Track strap has fittings that lock into E-Track rails, which is the quickest option if your van or trailer already has that system installed.

How to Choose the Right Length

Measure the path the strap will take over or around the load, then add spare webbing for the ratchet to take up. Shorter 3m and 4m straps suit close or smaller loads, 6m covers most van and trailer work, and 8m to 10m suits long or bulky loads on larger trailers and flatbeds.

Safe Use

  • Never exceed the rated capacity shown on the strap label.
  • Check the webbing, stitching, fittings and ratchet before every use, and replace any strap that is cut, frayed, bent or damaged.
  • Use enough straps for the size and weight of the load, and protect the webbing from sharp edges.
  • Re-check tension after the first few miles and during long journeys.
