This 2 Tonne Black Round Webbing Sling is an endless lifting sling with a working load limit (WLL) of 2 tonnes, available in compact effective working lengths (EWL) from 0.5m to 4m. Its shorter size range makes it a practical choice for close-in lifts, workshop jobs and general site handling.

How to Choose the Right Sling

Choose a sling with a WLL above the weight of your load, remembering that choke hitches, basket hitches and sling angles change the load a sling can safely lift. Then pick a length that reaches the lifting point comfortably at the angle you plan to use. For loads over 2 tonnes, choose a higher-rated sling from our round webbing sling range.

Safe Use

  • Never exceed the working load limit shown on the sling label.
  • Inspect the sling before every use and remove it from service if the sleeve is cut, torn, burnt or worn through, the core is exposed, or the label is missing.
  • Protect the sling from sharp edges and corners using suitable edge protection.
  • Do not knot or twist the sling, and never drag it along the ground.
  • Lifting equipment should only be used by trained personnel and inspected in line with current UK lifting regulations.
